even If I already have high armor, I would still choose armor mods over health ones, because you can always have a backup shield set with 2 +30 mods on it for when you are about to die.
If you want to be super hardcore about build wars, you could get rid of your clarity and restoration runes in favor of vitae runes depending on what you think the other team will run/what map you're on |

Therefore: HP > Armor, even on paragons and others. |
